These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our systems hosting and support services ("Services"). By engaging with Basemetry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Basemetry offers the following services to business clients:
Cloud-based systems hosting (shared, dedicated, or hybrid) - this will be set up within 24 hours of payment and you will receive login details.
Onboarding meeting to ensure a smooth transition to your new systems
Ongoing technical support and maintenance
Infrastructure monitoring and performance optimization
Data backup and disaster recovery
Security patching and compliance assistance
Our services are available exclusively to businesses. By signing up, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
All fees are outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
Payments are due monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Access to systems are removed 7 days after payment default, to allow for a grace period.
Basemetry aims for 99.9% uptime for hosted systems.
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
Support is available via email and online meetings.
Priority support is available for premium clients as per their SLA.
We implement industry-standard security protocols.
Clients are responsible for securing their login credentials.
Basemetry will not access or share client data without consent, except as required by law.
Basemetry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 3 months.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur for breach of terms or illegal activity.
