Monthly System and Support Fee

$70/month

Your subscription includes:

• A fully Customised ERP system for Unlimited users with CRM, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, Project Management, Website / CMS, Product Management, E-commerce, Quality Control and further customisation capabilities. 

• Full access to your customized ERP environment

• Role-based permissions and secure data handling

• Seamless onboarding and training support.

• Dedicated ERP consulting and strategic guidance.

• Access to core resources and process optimization tools.

• Ongoing support and system reviews.

• No long-term contracts—cancel anytime with 1 month notice.

Migration Fees

$250 / month for 6 months - $1,500 in total (This is in addition to the monthly fee above which applies to all clients).

This is optional and for customers who want full implementation support to help them move from paper or current systems to a new integrated ERP. Migration will involve Basemetry directly customising your new system and importing your previous data for you to set up the system fully for your business operations to continue and will also involve providing full training to each member of staff that needs it. This will happen for six months after which, migration will be completed and only the monthly system and support fee will continue to be charged.
